She’ll take it.

Lindsay Lohan won’t face criminal charges Monday as rumored for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace, the L.A. County D.A.’s office told E! News.

"Absolutely nothing will be filed today," D.A. spokeswoman Jane Robison told E!

But that doesn’t mean Lohan is home free. Prosecutors are still weighing evidence before deciding whether to charge Lohan with a felony, according to E!

The troubled “Mean Girls” star reportedly faces up to three years in state prison if convicted of felony grand theft for the missing necklace, which a Los Angeles boutique claims it gave Lohan on loan.

Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said Saturday the sticky finger claims are untrue.

“We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not the press,” she told People.

Cops have probed whether Lohan took a “one of a kind” necklace from a high-end jewelry boutique, Kamofie & Company. The store claims to have surveillance video of Lohan wearing the necklace; photos taken by the paparazzi a few days later show Lohan wearing the same necklace.

The actress claims that necklace was on loan to her from the store, and she had given it to her stylist to return. “I didn’t have any part in the non-returning on time,” Lohan has said.

Sources told The Los Angeles Times a Lohan associate returned the missing necklace after cops were getting ready to execute a search warrant of her home.

The legal drama comes at a rocky time for Lohan, who is still on probation for her ongoing DUI case.

Riverside County lawyers are also weighing whether to prosecute Lohan for allegedly getting into a fight with a Betty Ford Clinic employee, People reports.
