The Nassau County District Attorney's Office told Access that Lohan claimed to them that he had received a call on his mobile phone from Muller – after telling her she shouldn't be calling, he hung up.
She appeared in court on Friday and was released on her own recognizance. According to the D.A.'s Office, she's due back in court on April 7.
Muller's lawyer denied the allegations to TMZ, telling the site, "Erin denies ever calling him … and once again we're dealing with another bogus allegation."
