Charlie Sheen-Brooke Mueller Prenup Revealed – Charlie Loses Custody To Kids With Denise

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's 60-page prenuptial agreement has been revealed.

In documents first uncovered by Gawker, the now-estranged couple signed their names to a number of financial agreements – including a yearly check from Charlie to Brooke for $300,00 dubbed "the anniversary payment" and a $500,000 one-time payment to be given "within 180 days" of their marriage.

In addition, the papers state, "Charlie shall pay all of the parties' living expenses… food, clothing, transportation, vacations… hair care, gym… gas."

The papers also state that the two have signed away their rights to each others' earnings, making the "Two and a Half Men" star's millions safe, should the pair divorce.

However, the papers do not mention child support, leaving parental rights to twins Bob and Max up to the courts.

Among Charlie's assets listed in the documents are a watch collection worth $5.6 million, art and antiques valued at over $3 million, and his $8.5 million Beverly Hills home. His total net worth is listed at $16 million, a seemingly small sum given his lucrative run on "Two and a Half Men," but the papers indicate that the funds from his television work are locked up in his corporation 9th Step Productions, Inc and "subject to… certain provisions of an agreement pending finalization between Mr. Sheen and his ex-wife," referring to his previous divorce from Denise Richards.

Meanwhile, a source tells Access Hollywood that Brooke hasn't been living in the same house with Charlie for a while. She took to the kids and moved out a while ago to a nearby house in LA. The source claims that they needed a breather, and Brooke is taking some time to see what she wants to do next; whether it is getting back together with him, or getting a divorce. Neither of them have officially filed for divorce yet.

Although the source hadn't seen the prenup yet, they source says that this prenup is good for Brooke because it proves she wasn't in it for the money. The money she is getting is simply "some nice change."

In related news, a separate source confirmed to Access that, in light of his recent legal dramas, Charlie has surrendered legal custody of his two daughters with Denise, Sam and Lola, to the former Bond girl.

According to Access' source, Charlie gave up custody so that Denise would not take the stand against him in his ongoing Colorado case pertaining to his 2009 Christmas Day arrest. Additionally, Charlie is anti-vaccination, and Denise will now be free to vaccinate Sam and Lola.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Charlie and Brooke split last month following months of legal troubles and rehab stints following the holiday incident.
