WHIP IT: If you haven't made the trek to Del Mar for the races this season, we've got the weekend that will tempt you to make the trip. Del Mar Racetrack opens up its Seaside Stage Friday, Aug. 19 to 80's band Devo. The band brings back their classic red hats for the 4 o'Clock Friday Concert.
DISH IT UP: If food and racing is more your style, be there Saturday, Aug. 20 when the racetrack brings together its first-ever gourmet food truck festival. Devlicious, Nom Nom and The Lime Truck will serve up specialty dishes no matter how your horses finished.
ANOTHER SHOT: If the dance card is full this weekend, racing continues Wednesday through Sundays with post time for the first race at 2 p.m. most days and at 4 p.m. Fridays.
