Museum Day: It’s the 6th annual day of free admission to museums all over the country.  One of particular interest is Santa Monica Museum of Art.  A short trip away, yes, but well worth the half-tank of gas. Broaden your artistic horizons and experience the Alberto Burri and America exhibit.  The exhibit features 40 works from the Italian artist, from 1945 to 1980.

The Day: Today, September 25, of course!  And remember, it’s only free with your ticket.  Find more participating museums, here.
