The Followill brothers (Caleb, Nathan and Jared) and their cousin Matthew -- who moonlight under the Kings of Leon moniker -- are simply one of the biggest rock groups on the planet. While they've been at it since 1999, their meteoric rise to mainstream popularity hit full tilt after performing on "Saturday Night Live" back in 2008. The songs they played on the show, "Sex on Fire," and "Use Somebody," propelled them into massive worldwide fame almost overnight.
The band released their seventh studio album, "WALLS," in October of last year on the strength of even more huge hits like the title track, "Around the World" and "Waste a Moment." The album title is actually an acronym for "We Are Like Love Songs." And, oh yeah, it also debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with 77,000 copies sold in its first week. Damn, Daniel.
