If you're looking for some really old-timey good times -- like, Prohibition-era fun -- head to the Belly Up where the 15-20-piece Vaud and the Villains return with their over-the-top throwback New Orleans musical. At the Casbah, Marshall Crenshaw has been making music for nearly 40 years while Los Straitjackets have been producing music for nearly 30; see 'em together. Across town, Tim Pyles is booking some all-ages shows at Public Square Coffee House and tonight's has Big Bad Buffalo headlining. Electronic artist Troyboi plays at the Observatory, Jackson Hole rock band Wyo plays at Music Box, Sights and Sages play a Harvey relief benefit at the Merrow, and the Shivas re-emerge from Portland with a show at Soda Bar.
