It's Friday night in San Diego, and if you're not heading south to the sold-out Dave Matthews Band show, you're probably looking for some good music elsewhere. You can find just that at the Casbah, where Texan Scott H. Biram will blow your mind with what one man can do with a guitar. At other places, the Ataris are at Soda Bar, the soul-loving Amandas are at the Whistle Stop, and the Tower Bar celebrates its 10-year anniversary with Marky Ramone's DJ set and meet and greet.
