With the loss of Street Scene a couple years back, San Diego is without a major music festival, but micro-festivals are where it's at anyway, and today this point of fact will be proven by the Great American Showcase. The brainchild of Ryan Koontz and the rest of the guys over at El Dorado, the event has teamed up with other East Village businesses to provide an all-day music event with some of the best bands to come out of San Diego, all the while benefitting the Keep-a-Breast foundation. Check the lineup below and see for yourself just how amazing the San Diego Scene can be.
