Sounds Like San Diego: Sept. 30

Great shows abound on Tuesday, and I have to say I'm pretty pleased with how this night is looking. Finch return to the Casbah, and with Ghetto Blaster and Ultragash opening, this should be your heaviest option of the night. Meanwhile Soda Bar hosts Felice Brothers, and I don't have to remind you again that Conor Oberst made a surprise appearance at their show a couple years ago. Even without him, however, the Brothers are always a great show, and this night should be no exception. Finally, at the House of Blues, catch Gaslight Anthem and Against Me! Both bands are known for their gravelly grit and are true rockers through and through. I can't get enough of Gaslight Anthem's latest record, and this show is definitely going to be one that's talked about. There are plenty of other local options, so the night doesn't have to be spendy to be fun. Get out and support your scene.
