There are a few really great options tonight. True, Twin Shadow is sold out, but We Barbarians, ANR and the Howls will certainly be a great show at Soda Bar. I also have to admit that Candlebox was a big deal to me in high school, so if you're as old as I am and feeling nostalgic, House of Blues is where you want to be. The truth is, however, that I cannot wait to hear the Blackout Party's new album. I've heard clips here and there, but tonight is a great night to get a grill-your-own steak at Riviera and join the guys as they share their new record in the Turquoise Room. Stick around for Trailduster, the new project of Matthew "Banjo Matt" Strachota (Bartender's Bible, the Long and Short of It) that is also a new must-see on the scene.
