Woo-hoo for Kaaboo. Today's lineup has some great headliners like the woman-power fierceness of Pink, the arena rock of Muse and the weirdness of Jane's Addiction. If you're not heading to Del Mar, however, you should party down in the daytime at the Lafayette for a Casbah hosted pool party with Schizophonics, Creepy Creeps and Creepseed. By evening, the powerful rock of Against Me! will fill the Observatory, the Church play Music Box and Little Richard/James Brown drum star Charles Connor thrills the Museum of Making Music. If you're up for a dance party mixed with politics, head to Casbah at night for the second Rise Up Get Down benefit, which will raise money for progressive political non-profit Raise Progress.
