As fall rolls into San Diego, we are impacted by a massive amount of touring acts from all over the map. Maybe it's our awesome weather, maybe it's just a post-summer itch for bands to get on the road, but whatever it is, there are a lot of touring bands here tonight. If you're feeling like dancing, Gang Gang Dance take over the Casbah with Prince Rama, and CSS and Men are at 4th & B. If you love your indie rock as much as I do, check out Chamberlin at the Tin Can. Kevin Devine is at the House of Blues, and Abigail Washburn is at the Loft. Finally, in Chula Vista tonight, Journey, Foreigner and Night Ranger will bring on the heavy nostalgia at the Cricket. Don't even get me started on the local shows ... take your pick and happy Friday.
