It's another big day in San Diego, as CRSSD Festival continues its second day, and Oktoberfests continue in El Cajon and La Mesa. By nightfall, get in some music action with folkies Mandolin Orange, or get ragged with German power-metal act Blind Guardian at the Observatory. Alice in Chains continue to tour with a show at Symphony Hall and the Dirty Nil play at Soda Bar. But if you're really looking for a great show, check out Philly rockers Modern Baseball at the Irenic. With Chris Farren of Fake Problems as an opener, this is definitely a show worth catching if you can.
