Reel Big Fish are one of the many options to catch tonight in San Diego.

There are lots of good choices to get you over your Wednesday humpday. To kick off your night, swing by M-Theory Records to get acquainted with Martina Topley-Bird. She's in town because she's opening for tomorrow's Massive Attack and Thievery Corporation show at UCSD, so it's a good opportunity to get a glimpse of the singer up close. You might recognize her voice from Tricky's earlier recordings or on recent collaborations with the likes of Gnarls Barkley or Damon Albarn.

From there, you can catch the electronic dance vibes of Small Black at the Casbah who impressed the last time they sold out Sushi Art, you can see the dark dance rock of Nitzer Ebb, enjoy the electropop of Northern Ireland's Two Door Cinema Club, or check out some old fun party ska/punk with Reel Big Fish at House of Blues. If those aren't quite for you, the list is full of all varieties and styles of music so don't sleep on tonight's action around town.
