November is coming to a close and December will be here to stress us out soon enough, but there's no reason to let the season get the better of you, especially when you can enjoy so much great music around town. Wednesday's Commune event is easy on the pocketbook because the show is free, though you might want to bring some cash in case you want to pick up some gifts from the pop-up shops that are a part of the monthly event. This monh's lineup is headlined by New Mexico, one of San Diego's mainstays at the top of the scene, and their constantly evolving sound always guarantees a great show. Kicking off the night will be one of San Diego's most energetic bands, Grand Tarantula, who always leave the crowd wanting more. This is a free night at Whistle Stop and is not to be missed.
