For what, I think, is the first time ever, I am going to tell you how to spend your "happy hour" and leave you to decide for yourself how to spend the rest of this glorious night full of options. The reason for this unique situation: Rich Robinson of the Black Crowes is playing an early show at the Casbah, and he's bringing finger-picking phenom Dylan Leblanc with him. From what I hear, Leblanc is only playing a 30-minute set, but I can tell you that I have completely fallen in love with the 21-year-old's debut album over the last year, and I've been waiting for him to hit the West Coast. Since he's never played here live, I can't tell you that the show will be as amazing as I expect, but if the video of his European performances are any indication, you do not want to miss his 6:30 pm set at the Casbah. After that, there are so many options to fulfill your musical needs that I think you'll be fine making the call on your own, but I'm giving you a solid. Do it.
