In Bankers Hill, River City lead a lineup of Americana goodness, while Deadly Birds strut their stuff at Gallagher's. You can probably find me bouncing between the Casbah to catch Generationals and one of L.A.'s best up-and-comers, Races, and the Griffin, where the Watson Twins bring their sweet shoobie-doobie music along with John Meeks & Joanie Mendenhall, who released one of the best Americana EPs of the last year.
