Meanwhile, Bethany and Nathan -- otherwise known as Best Coast and Wavves, respectively, return to the Observatory for their fuzzed-out stoner indie rock. At the Quartyard, celebrate one year as a community space with Noah Gunderson among others, and Keb' Mo' is at the Balboa Theatre. For something brand new for San Diego, head to Music Box for the Jai Ho Bollywood Dance Party.
