Whether you're a fan of indie rock, throwback soul, dirty reggae or California ska, San Diego has you covered Monday night. First off, SoundDiego presents another show at the La Jolla Playhouse with the Aggrolites and the Mike Pinto Band. Both bands are well known in our area for bringing some reggae and ska to the breezy-beachy contigent of San Diegans. At the Casbah, Detroit's JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound return to San Diego with their new brand of old soul. Teamed with locals Stevie & the Hi-Stax, this is going to be a Monday night dance party, even if the rain keeps up. Finally, over at the 710 Beach Club, 91X presents their Next Big Thing show with Imagine Dragons. I've been telling you about this band for the past couple years, but they might finally be catching a break. You should check them out while they're still on a small stage.
