I don't know about you, but I'm so ready for the weekend. You can tell a new season has arrived because the Donkeys are performing once again, something they seem to do only once a quarter. You can catch them over at Soda Bar for a laid-back Friday night. If you want your Friday ramped up slightly, there's a four-pack of locals at the Casbah lead by Get Back Loretta, which should have you sweating, and if you want to release a little more aggression, Pennywise return to the House of Blues with their original lineup. For those of you wanting to spend some time in North County, Bob Schneider returns for his always entertaining live shows. Breathe deep. Friday is finally here.
