There is obviously a caravan of awesomeness rolling through town because there are so many awesome shows around town on Thursday. Early in the evening, you can catch Fidlar for an in-store at M-Theory Records, or you can catch the former lead singer of Girls, Christopher Owens, as he brings his solo tour to the Irenic for an all-ages show with Melted Toys. The Casbah is sold out with former locals Wavves, while the Casbah also presents Pure X at the Void in City Heights. To be completely honest, however, if I were a baller, I'd be heading up to the Belly Up to see legend Kenny Rogers. Whatever you choose, you just really can't go wrong this Thursday.
