The Virgins @ the Casbah is amongst one of the many ways to complete your St. Patty's festivities

Har Mar Superstar will be supporting the Virgins @ Casbah this Sunday.

It's Saint Patrick's Day and with that comes some pretty crazy times around town, particularly downtown's ShamRock 2013, complete with every variety of Irish-like bands. But if you think you'd like to have your fun among dozens of people versus hundreds, there is always live music at your disposal. If you're feeling the holiday, Seven Grand has a killer lineup of bands that will keep you in the mood without being too much. If you want to avoid the "holiday" stuff altogether, you have two great lineups- one with songwriter Richard Buckner and Midnight Pine at Soda Bar, and a solid lineup at the Casbah featuring The Virgins, the antics of Har Mar Superstar, and COLOR. Both are great, and I will probably have to see how the day feels to make a decision as to which is the better call. Whatever you choose, be safe out there.
