Sounds Like San Diego: March 12

There are people who believe that some countries just produce superior music. I've heard it about Sweden, Iceland, Australia and Scotland, to name a few. I don't think that they necessarily have better music but, for it to catch on all the way here in the USA and warrant the band touring, it has to be really good. I suppose you could say that the Atlantic creates a pretty good filter. Tuesday, not just one, but two amazing Scottish bands return for a show at the Belly Up before heading to SXSW. Frightened Rabbit have been written up so many times on SoundDiego that all I can add is that they have a new record and it's incredible and this is a show not to be missed. With the Twilight Sad opening, there is no question that this is the place to be.
