If you don't have tickets for the long since sold-out show at the House of Blues with the Kooks, you're still in luck for some great music options in other parts of town. For example, Seattle's Ivan & Alyosha return to town with their first-ever Casbah show. I've seen this band numerous times, and if you lean toward sunny indie-folk, these are your guys. Otherwise, it's mostly a local-filled night around town, from the Fink Bombs at Bar Pink to psych-rockers AJ Froman at Soda Bar, while ListenLocalSD settles into their new Tuesday night home of Brick by Brick. Special shout-out to the double album release show of Nancarrow and Sam Outlaw at the Belly Up, both of whom are super talented artists who tip their hats to classic country.
