Of course there's the annual OB Streetfair and Chili Cookoff along the main drag of OB with five stages of continuous music, with appearances by friends of SoundDiego like Rebecca Jade & the Cold Fact, Qu'el Bordel, and headlined by Big Mountain. Rebecca and crew will keep plenty busy once their street fair set finishes as they zip off to the Karl Strauss Tasting Room in PB for this month's Arts & Amps -- which is also a free event but restricted to guests 21+. For North County Folk, there's day two of Summer Fun on The 101 with even more friends of SoundDiego, like Mattson 2, Trouble In The Wind, Inspired & the Sleep and more. By night, catch X front man John Doe at the Casbah, try to beg your way into the sold-out Soda Bar with mewithoutyou, or catch a free show with Flaggs at Bar Pink.
