The great options for music on Thursday will certainly make it feel like the weekend has arrived early. The Hard Rock Hotel keeps it local this Third Thursday, with a special performance by the Burning of Rome and the return of Mursic. With Boy King opening, you'll want to be there all night, and with a shuttle running from U-31 to the show, you really can't go wrong. Meanwhile, the Casbah keeps the hip-hop coming with Murs. Mursday was released just last week and was No. 1 on iTunes, so it's surprising that this one isn't yet sold out. Around town, the Belly Up welcomes Uh Huh Her, Analog hosts a four-year anniversary party, and Island Boy celebrate a CD release at Soda Bar.
