I know sometimes I sound like just I'm just a promotional tool for the Casbah, but nights like tonight, the Casbah is presenting three shows, and any of them will satisfy your musical needs. At the House of Blues, the Jesus and Mary Chain are guaranteed to shred. I wonder how many bands you've seen that have been compared to the Chain, and now you can actually see them live and up close. Over at Soda Bar, Leftover Cuties sound just like their name, and if you haven't seen locals Ugly Boogie yet, I'll go out on a limb and suggest that you'll be hearing a lot of good things about them as they climb the local music ladder. Finally at the actual Casbah itself, Beat Connection will make you shake your booty and make you forget that Monday is looming.
