The Jayhawks headline the Belly Up on Sunday, July 24.

It has been a crazy busy week in San Diego, so I'm sure many of us just want to recalibrate our motors and lay low today, but that is hard to do when there are such great shows in town. At the Belly Up, alt-country pioneers the Jayhawks return to town, and they always deliver an epic performance. Meanwhile, Viejas Arena will be filled with fans of all ages for the catchy tunes of Twenty One Pilots, who have found massive crossover success across genres and radio formats, making them one of the biggest breakout artists in recent memory. Finally, San Diego is far from being a metal town, so you should catch it when you can. Tonight, head to Soda Bar for Virginia's Inter Arma.
