It's hard to know which night -- Thursday or Friday -- has more events packed into the chaos of Comic-Con, but if you didn't get your fill last night, the weekend is here with so much fun stuff to get into, whether you're downtown or steering clear (check out SoundDiego's Comic-Con weekend roundup). Of course, plenty of us are excited about the Third Eye Blind and Silversun Pickups show at the Open Air Theatre, so plan accordingly to get to SDSU early so as not to miss a single minute (also, read the SoundDiego interview with Third Eye Blind's Stephan Jenkins). Soda Bar's got Rozwell Kid to rock your night, legend Jimmy Webb plays at Sweetwater High for AMSD, and Ministry brings their industrial rock to House of Blues. Casbah breaks from expectations with the Rumours Rave featuring Fleetmac Wood. Don't write off Dead Kennedys at Brick by Brick or Digital Lizards of Doom at the Merrow, either --they're not quite in the center of Con but offer up excellent choices for your Friday night.
