This is a busy weekend in San Diego, and whether you head out to Pride or to one of the beer festivals, you'll have to save some energy for the great shows around town on Saturday. The Casbah has a sold-out show that sees the reunion of Chronic Meter, while Deep Time tears things up at Bar Pink. Personally, I'm excited to see Writer at Soda Bar. The Ralph brothers haven't been back to San Diego since their big move to New York, so it will be great to hear their great tunes while catching up with old friends. Also of note tonight, the New Kinetics are over at the Tin Can, and Lyon Crowns have a CD release at the Griffin.
