I am so excited about tonight's Jeremy Messersmith show at the Soda Bar. I've had the pleasure of seeing him perform twice at Lestat's in the past couple years and his songwriting is brilliant paired with his impeccable vocals. Tonight, however, he'll be performing with his full band and while I love seeing him play acoustic on his own, he completely shines when all the parts come together. I caught the band at the Mercury Lounge on my recent trip to New York and the only disappointing thing about the night is that there isn't enough time to perform all three of Jeremy's records in their entirety. Paper Bird and Michael McGraw kick off the night, which means you're in for a night of solid acts from beginning to end.
