Sounds Like San Diego: January 14

Last week I told you that this is the month of residencies and I don't want to be redundant, but residencies don't leave much room for variation. Both Barbarian and Family Wagon enjoyed large crowds and, while last week I went to the former, this week it will be the latter. Family Wagon has a killer lineup with Bruin and Spirit Vine, but it is the twosome of Fresno's Strange Vine who make this week's show at the

Casbah

a must-see. Of course, Barbarian will shred, too, so there's no losing this Monday, whichever show you choose.
