Talk about January kicking in full throttle! Tonight's selection of shows makes decision making a bit challenging. I mean, Dead Feather Moon are taking over the Griffin with such a solid lineup that I could just stop there, but then the Casbah has Sweet and Tender Hooligans doing their Morrissey and the Smiths covers that are so good that these days I'd rather see them than Moz himself. There are solid picks with One I Red at the Ken Club, the Bloody Hollies at Soda Bar, and Josh Damigo at Lestat's, and over at Eleven my old high school friends from Unbroken and Jejune perform in Crushed on You and I Wish I. At this moment I can't say where I'll end up, but I know whatever I choose, I am certainly in for a solid night of music.
