Choose Wisely and Pickwick

There are plenty of great Sunday night shows in San Diego

Indie rock is alive and well this Sunday night, as Tennis performs to a sold-out crowd tonight at Soda Bar. The husband and wife duo, usually joined on tour with more members to fill out their sound, have two albums and an EP released in November that should certainly mean a lengthy set of crowd favorites. Meanwhile, the Casbah hosts Seattle band Pickwick, whose "indie garage-R&B" sounds quite sweet (read our feature on the band here). Bar Pink welcomes City Mouse, David Lindley headlines the Belly Up, and local band KIDS celebrate an album release at the Che Cafe. A great night to get out of the house for some live music.
