Sounds Like San Diego: Jan. 11

The Gloomies return to Soda Bar Monday for their January residency

We love few things more around here than free residencies, and with the Gloomies at Soda Bar for their second of four [read the SoundDiego interview with frontman Andy Craig here], you are certainly up for a great night should you head to City Heights Monday night. Meanwhile, the Casbah celebrates Pete Bayard's birthday with his band Super Buffet, joined by Caroline Corn and Captain Viejo. Tower Bar has a show with Dogtooth & Nail, while Simpkin Project is at the Belly Up, and Gallagher's has your Monday night hip-hop. Get this week started off right with some live music.
