It wasn't long ago that Swim Party was pretty much everywhere. One of my favorite local bands of the past 10 years, the group disbanded when singer Erik Tremblay moved to Switzerland, a move soon followed by keyboardist Natalie Kardos departure for Seattle. With work that requires him to return stateside a couple times a year and Natalie taking a well-deserved weekend jaunt back to San Diego, we get the benefit of a reunion show. Swim Party performs Saturday at the Soda Bar, along with Sleep Lady and Kalashnikov My Wife, which features Swim Party's drummer, Petro Halkowycz.
