Sounds Like San Diego: Feb. 5

Down by Law bring SoCal punk to Soda Bar on Super Bowl Sunday

Several of our local venues treat today like a holiday, but for the few who still have live shows tonight, you're in luck. At Soda Bar, longtime SoCal punks Down by Law make an appearance. For decades, these guys have been soundtracking your skate sessions, and even though you and the band are all grown up now, it's never a bad thing to get nostalgic about the good old days. Meanwhile, the Holding Company continues to up their booking game with Hellogoodbye. Hostelling International is hosting a show today too, which should be pretty rad for the kids, and Til-Two has a metal show with Phrenelith and a grip of others.
