Even if you're not into old skate punk in the ways of Guttermouth, or you've already caught your fill of English Beat, or you don't have tickets to the sold-out Tennis show at Tin Can, the beauty of San Diego is that you have a lot of other choices. Maybe you love Lady Dottie but haven't yet checked out Donovan's Circle of Fifths? Or maybe you want to hear some old-timey guitar picking by the Wood Brothers? Or maybe you just want to chill out in the bar of the House of Blues and check out the Burnsville Blues Band? Do something a little uncomfortable. Do something outside of your norm. Trust me, you'll thank me for it.
