I'm going to warn you ahead of time. If you're not into sports, tomorrow is going to be a little bit quiet. With that in mind, you should totally be sure to get out tonight and live it up. For starters, you have to appreciate how awesome it is that Sweet and Tender Hooligans -- our favorite Morrissey and Smiths tribute band --are playing the Observatory, where Morrissey actually performed just a couple years back. It's a cheap show, too, and it's sure to be fun. At Soda Bar, Dead Feather Moon headline, and it's been a while since we've seen them in these parts. Meanwhile, ALO drop into the Belly Up. What I'm really excited about is commiserating with like minded friends at the Casbah for Rise up Get Down. The local ACLU director will join local council members Georgette Gomez and Chris Ward as Raise Progress tries to amplify local grass-roots activism. Of course, it's the Casbah, so it's a dance party, too.
