Joey Cape returns to the Casbah with his rousing sing-alongs that make grown men weepy.

Back in September, Justin Townes Earle was slated to perform at the Casbah, but some unfortunate things went down on his tour which resulted in JTE checking into rehab. By all account, he's doing well and his tour has been successful thus far, so Saturday's afternoon show would be a great opportunity to come show support for the talented son of Steve Earle named, who is named after Townes Van Zandt.

If you've got some cash to burn, you can also catch a day show over at the House of Blues featuring Joey Cape, Justin Sane and other punk greats. Rumors were swirling that the super-secret headliner might be Dave Grohl, but my sources tell me that isn't happening after all, because the Foos are still in London. Still a worthy benefit show worth checking out.

Sunday night is pretty easy to decide. Free show at the Casbah, great local bands, free food. What else do you need?
