Spotlight: The Beautiful View
We went to Barrio Logan to catch up with the headliners of this month's SoundDiego LIVE, presented by Jack Daniel's (Feb. 23 at the Til-Two Club). Go to http://bit.ly/xx9TEt to get on the guest list.
Ten years is a long time for anything to last, especially in the music business, and even more so for a thriving local record label. Tonight, Loud + Clear Records celebrates 10 years of existence, which has been the source of records by Goodbye Blue Moonday, Via Satellite, John Meeks and many, many more. Run by Brad Lee, who also co-owns SDRL (Stereo Disguis Recording Lab), the label has given to local talen opportunities that didn't otherwise exist. Join the party and thank the people like Brad, who stay in the game for the love of the music despite the doom and gloom of a fledgling industry.
