After you've had your fill of daytime activity, set aside some time to unwind with some brilliant live music on Saturday night. I'm excited to catch Metric again, as Emily Haines always puts on a great show, and with Grand Tarantula and Beast Control opening on the big stage at the House of Blues, this show is certainly a great option. It might even be over early enough to head over to the Casbah to check out Pacific Air. Various iterations of the band have existed under the names White Apple Tree and KoKo, but hopefully they've settled on this one. I hear they have big things already in the pipeline for 2013, so keep an eye on these guys and check them in a small venue for the bragging rights later.
