My Morning Jacket headlines this year's Holiday Hootanay

During the holidays, there are plenty of things to look forward to here in San Diego, and one of them is FM 94/9's Holiday Hootenanny. In years past, the event has been rained on and pushed around various venues, but nothing ever spoiled a great time. This year's tremendous lineup should prove to be another great one. It's been a while since Jim James has been in town with My Morning Jacket, and after Two Door Cinema Club sold out the House of Blues a few months ago, they're certainly ones to watch. Matt and Kim have a long-term love affair with San Diego, and they come back time after time to a devoted fan base, and Delta Spirit are our local boys gone big, so it will be a great homecoming for them. There will also be a beer garden for those of age, and the Blackout Party will be entertaining the crowd between the other sets. After the show, head over to the Casbah for Little Hurricane or to Bar Pink for Hurricane Bells. Both will blow you away.
