Join Jesse LaMonaca to get into the holiday spirit tonight at West Coast Tavern.

When I first announced earlier this year that I'd be booking Thursday night shows at West Coast Tavern, several friends recommended Jesse LaMonaca. We hadn't met before, I hadn't heard his music, and when I tried to reach out and find him, he was travelling on a solo tour through Australia. Upon his retum, I met him one night at the Casbah and booked him on the spot to perform last week. He played for beyond ninety minutes and blew away not only the crowd in the restaurant, but even the staff and management gushed about his talents. While he has a full band with the DimeNovels, they played as a trio. This week he's back, this time joined with Josh Damigo, to play some songs on his own, throwing in some holiday songs along with his originals. If you're a transplant to San Diego, perhaps you're missing family but there's no reason to be alone this time of year, so come on out and hang with me and get in the holiday spirit.
