Sometimes it feels like there's a lull in great touring acts coming through San Diego, and then sometimes it feels like we're overwhelmed with options. This Wednesday is one of the latter. Copley Symphony Hall only hosts a few outside concerts each year, but Wednesday's show with Norah Jones should certainly pack the house. The songstress is beloved across demographics, which means this is a show that you can attend with your mom and grandma and all of you will appreciate the beauty of Jones' sultry voice. The bonus is that Cory Chisel & the Wandering Sons are opening the show and, if you had the chance to catch them last week at the Casbah, you know that they will fill the hall with beautiful tunes. With Jay Brannan at the Casbah and Jesca Hoop at Anthology, Wednesday guarantees to satisfy your need for sultry tunes.
