It's not often that a band fits their name so perfectly, though I'll spare you all of the weather metaphors and just say that Little Hurricane have certainly made themselves known in a very short period of time. After taking the Best New Artist award at the 2010 San Diego Music Awards, the duo walked away with Best Alternative Album and the coveted Album of the Year at this year's ceremony. They played Lollapalooza, will be performing at Austin City Limits and have been announced as tour support for Manchester Orchestra. Little Hurricane, indeed. See them for free tonight at Bar Pink.
