I can hardly keep track of these '90s bands. Is this tour with Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden considered a reunion tour or is this a final tour? Well, whatever the case, I know a lot of San Diegans who are more than ecstatic to see these rock & roll powerhouses share a night under the stars at Sleep Train Amphitheatre. Meanwhile, Jason Mraz, who this week enjoyed City Council honors with his own day, performs the first of three nights at the Civic Theatre, How to Dress Well performs at Casbah, and Balance & Composure perform to a sold-out crowd at the Irenic.
