There are certain things you expect to see at the Casbah: a line to the men's room, a cloud of smoke on the patio and Kathleen Robles. If you know her, you're probably shocked she's turning 50, but it's true. She's one of the coolest chicks you'll have the good fortune of meeting, putiing hipsters half her age to shame. She's usually hanging out in the back bar on the weekends and she's always thoughtful, bringing cupcakes or treats when a staff member celebrates a birthday, but tonight is her night, and the amazing band lineup she has performing is a testament to how awesome she is. If you don't know Kathleen, don't be shy: This is a party open to everyone, and if you're lucky, you just might make her acquaintance and your life will be better for it.
