Sounds Like San Diego: August 20

Mardi Gras is months behind us but that doesn't mean that you can't appreciate a New Orleans vibe here in San Diego. On Monday, you can get a double punch as Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue bring down the house at the Belly Up, or when Nicky Da B brings more Orleans bounce to the Casbah. Of course, the sounds run the spectrum of blues at the Belly Up to rap at the Casbah, but both shows will have you moving, grooving and wishing you'd loaded up on colorful plastic beads. Order up a hurricane and be transported to the South, if only for a night.
